The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing – iLottery & Loyalty will provide strategic leadership and oversight for digital marketing and CRM initiatives across all jurisdictions. This role involves guiding and empowering a team to drive player engagement, retention, and development, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The manager will foster innovation, optimize performance through data-driven decision-making, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams and external partners, positioning Scientific Games as a leader in the competitive gaming market.
Must have:
  • Define and lead the execution of a comprehensive digital marketing and CRM strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of digital marketing and CRM professionals.
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding and integration of new iLottery jurisdictions.
  • Guide the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns and bonusing initiatives.
  • Direct the analysis of KPIs, player behavior, and segmentation performance.
  • Ensure alignment across marketing, CRM, product, creative, and external vendor teams.
  • Partner with product teams on data mapping and segmentation attribute development.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer behaviors.
  • Support strategic sales initiatives by leveraging industry expertise.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, technology partners, and service providers.
  • Ensure all marketing and CRM activities comply with jurisdictional regulations, legal requirements, and responsible gaming best practices.
  • Oversee the creation of performance dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
  • Manage the CRM and digital marketing budget.
  • Lead team hiring, training, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 to 8 years experience in digital marketing, gaming, lottery, or consumer engagement industries.
  • Hands-on expertise with Optimove or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in building and executing automated workflows, segmentation, and personalization campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines, quality, and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new marketing/CRM technologies.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and clients, and lead with authority.

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing – iLottery & Loyalty will provide strategic leadership and oversight for digital marketing and CRM initiatives across all jurisdictions. This role will guide and empower a team of marketing, CRM managers and analysts to drive player engagement, and retention, and development while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will focus on fostering innovation, optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and external partners. Positioning the Scientific Games brand as a leader in the competitive gaming market.

Job Duties

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the execution of a comprehensive digital marketing and CRM strategy for Loyalty and iLottery programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, jurisdictional requirements, and revenue/retention objectives.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of digital marketing and CRM professionals, providing strategic guidance, career development, and coaching to achieve key business outcomes.
  • Client Onboarding & Implementation: Oversee the seamless onboarding and integration of new iLottery jurisdictions onto the CRM platform, ensuring timely execution and positive client experience.
  • Campaign & Bonusing Strategy: Guide the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns and bonusing initiatives to maximize engagement, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Direct the analysis of KPIs, player behavior, and segmentation performance, leveraging insights to refine targeting, personalization, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment across marketing, CRM, product, creative, and external vendor teams to deliver cohesive initiatives that enhance player experience and support business priorities.
  • Advanced Segmentation & Personalization: Partner with product teams on data mapping and segmentation attribute development to enhance and drive precision targeting and personalized marketing across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Market & Industry Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Sales Enablement: Support strategic sales initiatives by leveraging industry expertise to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver tailored marketing/CRM solutions that drive adoption.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, technology partners, and service providers to enhance digital marketing and CRM effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all marketing and CRM activities comply with jurisdictional regulations, legal requirements, and responsible gaming best practices.
  • Reporting & Insights: Oversee the creation of performance dashboards and reports for senior leadership, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the CRM and digital marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximum return on investment.
  • Talent Management: Lead team hiring, training, and ongoing development initiatives to build and sustain a best-in-class digital marketing and CRM team.

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge

Required

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 to 8 years experience
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within digital gaming, lottery, or consumer engagement industries.
  • Hands-on expertise with Optimove or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in building and executing automated workflows, segmentation, and personalization campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, set and meet deadlines
