About the role:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 2/3 years of experience and the ability to manage social media content projects. This role focuses on strategic planning, strategy development, ideation and coordination of activations, and performance measurement to achieve brand objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strategic and creative mindset, as well as strong organizational skills.

- Design and implement social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and communication objectives of our clients.
- Coordinate the production and scheduling of engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the success of strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the strategic and creative teams to develop content that drives strategic KPIs.
- Supervise and guide Community Managers and other team members to ensure campaign cohesion and effectiveness.
- Support the identification of potential activations and content trends, providing strategic insight to assess their potential and implement them effectively.
- Assist the creative team with strategic and technical recommendations (formats, brand tone, trends, etc.).
- Prepare briefs for new content proposals in collaboration with the creative team and/or content creators.
- Manage, organize, and oversee social media shoots.
- Regularly analyze content performance and implement data-driven strategic adjustments.
- Recommend content for paid campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Create detailed reports and present results and future projections to clients.
- Collaborate on pitch proposals alongside other involved teams.
- Foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment within the team.
- Work closely with other departments, both internal and client-side, to ensure brand strategy consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Experience 2/3 years as a Social Media Manager, with team management experience being a plus.
- Language: Advanced level of English will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team.
- Extensive demonstrable knowledge of social media platforms and their latest updates, as well as analytics and management tools. Experience with Sprinklr is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media environments and digital trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High organizational skills and strategic vision for projects.
- Creative, aesthetic, and visual sensitivity.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
