Job Description

Reporting directly to the Finance Transformation Director, and working in collaboration with the Finance Transformation Manager and the Finance Process Manager.

Objectives of the Role:

• Contribute to the execution of several initiatives within Publicis Groupe Finance
• Provide operational support with project or process deliverables where necessary (such as, drafting process charts, identification of process improvements and best practices)
• Coordinate and collaborate with operational staff from various functional departments

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Transformation team on several initiatives
• On specific projects, help define data to be collected, then gather, consolidate, and analyze the obtained data. Draft process charts and proposals on process changes based on information gathered
• Develop and maintain partnerships with operational staff from various functional departments
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations on project progress for Management

Qualifications

• 4th/5th year Master's student (Bac + 4/5) in Finance
• Minimum 6-month internship within an Audit/Consulting firm or a Finance department of a large corporation.
• Excellent level of English (both oral and written)
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Practical knowledge of one of commonly used IT systems (SAP, Oracle, Visio, or Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
