10 Chambers is seeking a Brand Content Manager to engage the gaming community for their upcoming co-op heist FPS, Den of Wolves. The role involves developing and executing content calendars, creating compelling video, written, and visual content, managing social media channels, and building relationships with influencers and the gaming community. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in gaming or digital media, strong creative drive, and expertise in social media marketing.
Good To Have:
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Premiere video editing tools.
  • Experience managing agencies.
  • History within gaming communities.
Must Have:
  • Develop and execute the content calendar.
  • Create and coordinate compelling video, written, and visual content following brand guidelines.
  • Manage all social media channels (X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, streamers, and the gaming community.
  • Create and coordinate influencer campaigns.
  • Analyze engagement and report insights from creator and influencer campaigns.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within gaming or digital media.
  • Strong creative drive, excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media communities.
  • Proficiency with content and analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of social media marketing, both strategic and operational.
  • Fluent in English.

We are now working on our next project, a cooperative heist FPS in a techno-thriller setting - Den of Wolves. Originated and directed by Ulf Andersson, the game designer of Payday 1 & 2.

We’re looking for a Brand Content Manager to engage the gaming community with great content, faithfully sharing the story of 10 Chambers and our games.

You breathe social media, and you are an expert in various SoMe channels, and have the mindset to learn about those you don’t. You get inspired by combining creative ideas/concepts with the latest tech possibilities in SoMe. Being independent in your daily work comes naturally to you, always looking for the next creative post or topic to post. As a team player, you coordinate your projects and include stakeholders when needed, while sharing your voice within your expertise based on insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the content calendar together with the Community team
  • Create and coordinate compelling video, written, and visual content following brand guidelines
  • Manage internal creatives and external agencies for larger productions
  • Oversee and manage all social media channels (X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, streamers, and the gaming community
  • Create and coordinate influencer campaigns together with the Community team
  • Analyze engagement and report insights from creator and influencer campaigns
  • Support the Head of Community and contribute to overall brand storytelling

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within gaming or digital media
  • Strong creative drive, excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Proven experience managing and growing social media communities
  • Proficiency with content and analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of social media marketing, both strategic and operational
  • Fluent in English (Swedish not required)

Good to have
