Job Description

We are looking for a professional with experience in digital media to coordinate specialists in Social (TikTok and Meta), Search, and Programmatic fronts. This person will be responsible for ensuring campaign performance, leading digital acceleration initiatives, mapping optimization opportunities, and acting as a bridge between media, BI, and vehicle teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating the routine of specialists, providing technical and strategic support, leading digital acceleration initiatives, being the performance focal point, creating and maintaining rules for each brand, mapping optimization opportunities, working closely with the BI team, participating in meetings with vehicles, validating briefings, and confirming strategic data.

  • Desirable experience with media strategy and planning.
Must Have:
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience with digital media.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a coordination role.
  • Mastery of platforms: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and DV360.
  • Practical experience with implementation, optimization, pacing, and performance of digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of performance reports and metrics, in partnership with BI.
  • Coordinate and organize the routine of media specialists (Social - TikTok and Meta, Search and Programmatic).
  • Provide technical and strategic support in daily operations.
  • Lead digital acceleration initiatives for the account.
  • Be the performance focal point with specialists, demanding results from brand campaigns.
  • Create and maintain rules (Brilliant Basics) for each brand: objectives, KPIs, formats, and guidelines.
  • Map optimization opportunities with the team and vehicles.
  • Work closely with the BI team in developing reports and analyses (including Brand Lift).
  • Participate in regular meetings with vehicles for optimizations, platform innovations, and proposal generation.
  • Validate and ensure the quality and completeness of information in received briefings.
  • Confirm strategic data on platforms and documents (e.g., taxonomy in Lumina, budget, broadcast dates).
  • Feed and keep updated the DCOMM (eCommerce) spreadsheet aligned with another client agency.
