What you will move with us:

• You are a specialist for the further development and implementation of the digital cooperation and monetization strategy for WELT Digital and Business Insider Germany
• You develop strategic and performance-based cooperation concepts including partner evaluation and acquisition
• You manage the conception and execution of cooperations for WELT Digital and Business Insider Germany and continuously develop them further
• You will be part of a motivated team that acts as an interface to many other business areas and Axel Springer News Media brands
• You support the planning of forecasts for revenue, profit and reach of the offering
• You create and evaluate reports, usage and success analyses for target-oriented results optimization
• You receive a high degree of personal responsibility and opportunities for content design

What you bring:

• You are a Digital Native and have experience with digital, performance-based business models
• You have relevant professional experience in marketing, cooperation business or affiliate marketing
• Ideally, you have experience in partner acquisition, contract negotiations and partner support
• You have very good knowledge of digital and performance-based business models
• You are strong in communication and bring a high degree of enthusiasm for media offerings and initiative
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You speak fluent German, English skills are an advantage
