Job Description

The Sr. Director, Front-End P&L at Intel Foundry Finance leads a team of 25, responsible for all aspects of front-end P&L creation, consolidated spending, program management (Project West, US SCIP, local incentives), GSEM/supply chain, CPLG, and front-end risk and controls. This role involves creating, forecasting, and reporting the full front-end P&L and node-level P&Ls, setting targets and drivers, identifying cost reduction opportunities, managing US SCIP and local incentives, and overseeing CPLG and GSEM/supply chain forecasting/close and neg plan reviews. The Sr. Director also manages all front-end factory risk and controls, collaborating extensively with operations and senior management.

Job Description

This position, in Intel Foundry Finance, is for the leader of the Front-End P&L Team.

This role has five direct reports and leads a team of twenty five employees total. Responsibilities include all aspects of the front-end P&L creation, Intel Foundry Factories consolidated spending, program management of project West, US SCIP and local incentives, GSEM/supply chain, CPLG and front-end risk and controls.

This leader will direct the team to not only create, forecast and report the full front-end P&L and node level P&Ls, but also set targets and drivers and identify opportunities to reduce cost and drive improved financial performance in partnership with Ops. Additionally, this role will manage all US SCIP and local incentives and all aspects of CPLG and GSEM/supply chain including forecasting/close and neg plan reviews. Lastly, this role will manage all risk and controls for front-end Factories.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead and mentor finance teams, as well as collaborate with other departments and senior management.- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders, senior management, and external parties.- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations based on financial analysis.- Ability to identify financial challenges, develop solutions, and implement strategies to address financial issues.- Skill in fostering strong relationships within finance and with operations both internal and external to Intel Foundry.- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related equivalent required; MBA preferred; 10+ years experience in Finance.Preferred Qualifications:- Manufacturing Finance experience.- Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
