What You’ll Do

• Own Channel Performance: Lead comprehensive reporting and deep-dive analyses for all marketing channels, surfacing actionable insights that drive scale and efficiency.
• Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations that influence executive decision-making and cross-functional priorities.
• Build Scalable Solutions: Design and maintain robust dashboards (Tableau, HockeyStack, Salesforce.com) that empower the marketing team to self-serve insights and focus on what matters most.
• Standardize & Elevate Reporting: Streamline analytics processes, reducing ad-hoc requests and enabling the team to focus on key insights.
• Optimize Budgets: Partner with marketing channel owners to maximize ROI, optimize CAC/LTV, and ensure every dollar spent accelerates pipeline velocity and business growth.

What You'll Bring:

• Analytics Trailblazer: 5+ years in marketing analytics, ideally in high-growth B2B tech or cybersecurity, with a proven record managing $20M+ marketing program spend.
• Technical Expert: Mastery of Excel and dashboarding tools (Tableau, HockeyStack, or similar); deep understanding of attribution, pipeline modeling, and marketing data architecture.
• Strategic Partner: Experience collaborating with marketing, growth, sales operations and data science teams to drive business outcomes.
• Curious & Impact-Driven: Relentlessly curious, data-obsessed, and passionate about solving complex problems that move the needle.
• Agile Communicator: Exceptional at distilling complex analyses into clear, persuasive insights for senior leadership.
• Growth Mindset: Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments—balancing analytical rigor with speed and adaptability.
