Job Purpose
To provide professional services to patients and clients through professional visits and academic seminars, deliver brand information, maintain brand reputation, and achieve the company's overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional visits and academic seminars in target hospitals within the designated area, meeting company requirements.
- Develop and optimize healthy working relationships with local hospital clients.
- Actively participate in professional skill and knowledge learning, meeting company requirements, and effectively applying these skills and knowledge in daily academic promotion activities.
- Timely understand and collect client disease diagnosis and treatment and brand usage information.
- Submit various reports on time and truthfully as required.
- Responsible for understanding the basic management procedures and drug management processes/usage in hospitals within the assigned area, establishing, improving, and timely updating hospital files.
- Actively participate in various company business meetings and team building. Share professional promotion experience, insights, and market information with the team, assisting the supervisor in achieving team goals.
- Through active participation in the implementation of the SFA project, timely and accurately input relevant information as required (visits, coverage, meetings, quality of client visits and medical information provided, etc.), assisting the supervisor or manager in ensuring the effective operation of the system, and allowing for quantitative and qualitative inspection and evaluation.
- Assist the supervisor/manager in ensuring that academic seminar activities for each brand are closely linked to market development strategies.
- Execute the regional business plan formulated by the supervisor/manager, and formulate and continuously improve the business plan for the designated area.
- Ensure that all undertaken activities fully comply with company policies and quality standards, as well as the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and other relevant codes of conduct.
- Comply with GlaxoSmithKline's global quality policy and global quality guidelines.
- Complete various tasks required by superiors.

Qualifications
- ### Education (Degree/Major)
- Bachelor's degree, medical, pharmaceutical, or biological background preferred.
- ### Experience
- At least one year of work experience, preferably in medical professional visits.
- ### Professional Knowledge/Skill:
- Familiar with the company's products and competitive market conditions and relevant medical policies and regulations.
- Master the working links and operational characteristics of hospital sales channels.
- Understand knowledge of regional management, resource allocation, and customer management.
- ### Computer & Language Skill:
- Proficient in computer operation and use of common office software, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, etc.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills.
