This Senior Product Manager, Channels role at Sprinklr focuses on leading and scaling adoption across key social advertising platforms like Reddit, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The position is pivotal in expanding social channel capabilities, managing key partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The manager will act as the primary liaison between internal field teams, social platform stakeholders, and customers, carrying an annual revenue target. A strong agency background is preferred, and influencing customer adoption is essential for success in this role.
Must have:
  • Own the channel strategy and joint roadmap initiatives across major social advertising channels (Reddit, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Partner closely with field teams and customers to drive channel adoption and ensure campaign success.
  • Evangelize new advertising opportunities through direct engagement with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver joint collateral articulating the combined value of our solutions and each advertising channel.
  • Enable Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Solution Consultants (SCs) to maintain and grow customer adoption.
  • Serve as the primary relationship holder with key platform/channel stakeholders.
  • Define and prioritize the Ads & Social channel parity roadmap; collaborate with the broader product team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive strategic alignment across internal and external teams around social platform priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Based in the United States.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in social advertising, digital media, or related fields.
  • Strong hands-on experience with social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Proven track record of managing or growing strategic partnerships and delivering measurable revenue impact.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager, Channels to lead and scale adoption across key social advertising platforms, including Reddit, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role will be pivotal in expanding our social channel capabilities, owning key partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Required Experience & Capabilities

  • Based in the United States.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in social advertising, digital media, or related fields.
  • Strong hands-on experience with social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Prior experience in a media agency or agency-facing role is strongly preferred—must be comfortable driving customer adoption and influencing outcomes.
  • Proven track record of managing or growing strategic partnerships and delivering measurable revenue impact.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.

Compensation Range

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
