This role involves leading complex projects that enhance user experiences across various platforms. The Sr Staff Experience Designer will apply functional expertise and industry knowledge to solve problems, develop innovative strategies, and implement global process improvements based on user insights. Responsibilities include influencing senior leadership decisions, designing product and service improvements, and mentoring junior team members in user-centered design practices.

- Develop and articulate clear objectives in enhancing user and customer experiences

- Design, evaluate, and select process, product, and service improvements
- Mentor and guide junior team members in user-centered design practices
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
