Staff/Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Work across the entire stack, gaining hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, and contributing to all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Own each vertical of the product experience, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to shape and drive product features from concept to implementation.
• Play a pivotal role in building company culture, helping to shape a collaborative and innovative team environment that fosters growth and creativity.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, CTO, and the insurance team to solve complex problems and build out new features and functionalities that enhance the platform’s capabilities.

Tech Stack:

• React & Next.js – Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
• TypeScript – Enhance code quality and scalability with modern JavaScript practices.
• GraphQL w/ Apollo – Leverage GraphQL to streamline data fetching and enhance performance.
• Node.js – Build scalable and efficient server-side applications.
• Postgres & Redis – Manage relational and in-memory data storage solutions.
• GraphQL APIs – Design and implement efficient and flexible APIs for front-end and back-end communication.
