Job Description
The Station Head will be responsible for tracking and ensuring the delivery of shipments. This role involves managing staff, including sub-contractors and part-time employees, to ensure they perform their duties correctly. The Station Head will also act as a hub manager when needed, handle cash on delivery transactions, and liaise with customer service to meet client requests. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations for smooth functioning, controlling inventory, and minimizing the risk of missing or damaged parcels. The position requires adherence to ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System, along with ensuring personal and others' safety, and participating in relevant quality and safety programs.

- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Job Descriptions:
- Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
- Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their job properly and completely.
- Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
- Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
- Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer request
- Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
- Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.
- Any other task instructed by superior
- Conforms to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System & Halal Assurance System.
- Take care of own and others' safety.
- Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
