Job Description

Your daily tasks will involve ensuring smooth material flow, managing inventory, classifying and organizing storage spaces, and maintaining strict stock control. You will also assist with document management, ensure workplace safety, and maintain equipment. Staying updated on industry trends and adhering to defined processes are key responsibilities, contributing to efficient operations and material conservation.
Must have:
  • Ensure smooth material entry and exit processes, verifying records and facilitating inventories.
  • Classify and control the physical disposition of stored materials.
  • Maintain strict stock control.
  • Assist in organizing and managing documents.
  • Ensure individual and collective safety, using appropriate protective equipment.
  • Care for, conserve, maintain, and clean equipment and the workplace.
  • Stay updated on technological trends in the area.
  • Ensure conservation of stored material to prevent deterioration.
  • Strictly follow defined processes.
  • Complete High School education.
  • Minimum six months experience in Warehouse, Distribution, or Logistics.

What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Ensure the smooth running of material entry and exit processes, verifying/executing specific records, aiming to facilitate consultations and inventory preparation.
  • Classify, control the use and physical disposition of spaces where materials are stored.
  • Ensure strict stock control.
  • Assist in organizing files, sending and receiving documents, pertinent to your area of activity to ensure prompt data location.
  • Ensure individual and collective safety, using appropriate protective equipment when performing services.
  • Ensure the care, conservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, instruments, and materials used, as well as the workplace.
  • Stay updated on technological trends and innovations in your area of activity and the needs of the sector/department.
  • Ensure the conservation of stored material in adequate conditions, avoiding deterioration and loss.
  • Strictly follow defined processes
  • Perform other related tasks,

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Complete High School

Experience: Minimum of six months of experience in the Warehouse / Distribution and/or Logistics area
