As a Sales Back Office Specialist at CoFren Wabtec Group in Avellino, you will support the Sales Team by managing administrative tasks, processing offers, and ensuring smooth operations. This position is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction and efficient workflow, contributing to the revolution of how the world moves for future generations.
Must have:
  • Process sales offers and ensure accurate data entry into the system
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support decision-maker
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Support SCM with communication with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and goals

Who will you be working with?

CoFren Wabtec Group in Avellino site, is a manufacturer and supplier of brake pads for freight and passenger trains. You will be part of Sales department, working in a team of 2 people.

How will you make a difference?

As Sales Back Office Specialist you will support the Sales Team by managing administrative tasks, processing offers and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This role is crucial for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Process sales offers and ensure accurate data entry into the system
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support decision-maker
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Support SCM with communication with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and goals

What do we want to know about you?

  • Degree or high school certification
  • Experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Advanced level in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • English language: intermediate level.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
