Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team in the Services area, working to ensure process efficiency and meet strategic demands. Your work will be essential for agile and efficient customer service, monitoring processes, and finding solutions for operational challenges. You will help strengthen the company's relationship with its clients, contributing to the continuous improvement of after-sales services and technical support.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge in Power BI.
  • Intermediate English.
Must Have:
  • Currently studying Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with graduation expected from 2027 onwards.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer service for demand analysis of repairs and parts.
  • Monitoring the evolution of performance indicators with correlated areas.
  • Managing the end-to-end commercial process, from component arrival to final delivery.
  • Interfacing with the manufacturing area for technical specifications based on client needs.
  • Preparing various reports and presentations for internal sectors and clients using Power BI and PowerPoint.
  • Billing and estimating financial results for the account.
  • Internal and client negotiations.
  • Experience with Oracle system.
  • Participating in internal and external meetings.
  • Supporting customer service routines like material availability, delivery control, and service billing.
  • Managing the warranty process for locomotive fleets and repaired components.
  • Simplifying and automating processes to generate quick and objective reports.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Studying Administration, Engineering, and related fields with graduation expected from 2027.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desirable knowledge in Power BI.
  • Desirable intermediate English.

What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Customer service in the analysis of repair and parts demands;
  • Monitoring the evolution of performance indicators with correlated areas;
  • Managing the end-to-end commercial process, from the arrival of the component at the factory to final delivery to the customer.
  • Interface with the manufacturing area to pass on technical specifications according to customer needs.
  • Preparation of various reports and presentations, for internal sectors and for the customer, using Power BI and PowerPoint.
  • Billing and estimation of the account's financial results.
  • Internal and customer negotiations.
  • Oracle System.
  • Participation in internal and external meetings;
  • Support customer service routines such as material availability, control of deliveries on scheduled dates, billing for services performed;
  • Manage the warranty process for locomotive fleets and repaired components.
