WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US  

As a global leader in our space, we are on a mission to transform from a traditional enterprise software company into a technology-enabled services business, while securing ongoing record of double-digit highly profitable growth. To further support this journey, we are now recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented student assistant to join the Business Services team in Copenhagen. This role will have the chance to support several areas across investment operations, business development and strategy & transformation to drive business outcomes.

The role will report to the Global Head of Securities Operations in Business Services.

   

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Assist across strategy and transformation processes, and other strategic initiatives
  • Support management reviews including building and maintaining management dashboard
  • Help prepare leadership meetings and workshops
  • Support in setting and tracking of relevant objectives and operational KPIs, incl. building up a dashboard for easy reporting
  • Various data and information collection and analysis
  • Prepare presentations and memos
  • Help draw development roadmap
  • Collaborate with diverse set of stakeholders across the organization

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant education (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar) in your Bachelor degree
  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Effective organization and time-management skills to deliver high quality results in an evolving setting
  • Motivated and eager to learn
  • Keen interest in investment management services combined with strategy and business development 
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal communication skills in business English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
