Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in product/project management, business development, or a related role within the mobile gaming industry (experience in managing gaming studios is a plus).
  • Proven experience in the ideation and development of new mobile games or apps, from concept through to production.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and manage gaming studios with diverse game portfolios.
  • Identify promising games and studios in the market, and cultivate strong relationships.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of game development, from ideation through to launch, ensuring the creation of innovative and engaging mobile games.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape, including user behavior and key metrics, to inform the product roadmap.
  • Align product development with Lion Studios’ strategic and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers to bring game concepts and features to life as an end-to-end product owner.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on mobile games with a proven track record of driving successful planning, development, and launches.
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends in mobile gaming.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with and understand both technical subjects and emerging technologies, and their relevance to the marketplace.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment.
