Supply Chain Trainee

About the position

With this internship within the Customer Supply Chain Area you will learn to:

• Use and manage information systems within the supply chain to drive digital transformation
• Promote access to information in Supply Chain and ensure that relevant reports are available to users and functional experts
• Support the different areas of CSC, especially W&D, with a focus on process optimization

Main responsibilities

Supply chain systems and analysis

• Training in initiatives to drive the digital transformation of the supply chain (e.g., Power BI, B2B solutions, CRMs, etc.) for the area.
• We will teach you to enhance the use of Power BI within the Area and train the respective users
• On a daily basis, you will learn to develop digital tools to improve the daily experience of users
• You will see firsthand, together with supply chain functional experts and managers, how robust digital reports are developed

Customer supply chain operations

• You will learn how standard or ad hoc support is provided to CSC areas as needed (Customer Service, Handling, Warehouse and Distribution). You will have visibility of E2E (end to end) supply chain processes, facilitating your learning

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• University degree: Master in Advanced Production Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, Master in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Degree in Business Administration and Management, Degree in Computer Engineering
• Language skills: C1 English level.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables and main formulas)
• Digital mindset, knowledge of Power BI and Databases will be valued
• Results-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Demonstrated learning agility, resilient and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Possibility of signing a CITIUS internship agreement and full-time availability.
• Internship duration, 12 months.
