Job Description

The team is looking for a Support Manager, a true and accomplished professional who shares the company's culture and values. This role supports the Game Aggregator product, a fast and cost-effective solution for integrating and managing casino gaming content easily.
Good To Have:
  • Technical support experience (the second line).
Must Have:
  • Process requests from clients in Jira helpdesk system.
  • Maintain performance of the gaming infrastructure.
  • Interact with associated departments and partners’ helpdesk systems.
  • Work on a 5/2 schedule (6 PM to 3 AM, and 10 AM to 7 PM).
  • Possess B2 level English proficiency.
  • Possess B2+ level Russian proficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing requests from clients in Jira helpdesk system
  • Performance maintenance of the gaming infrastructure

Required Experience:

  • Higher or incomplete higher education / technical education is an advantage
  • B2 level of English
  • B2+ level of Russian
  • Work experience in support of helpdesk systems is desirable
