Job Description
Mandatory Skills Knowledge of Cisco and Juniper switch operation at least CCNA and JNCIA level Experience of Fortinet firewall operation Covering 2nd level tasks and on call duty independently in daily operations in all technologies and environments for Shell AdminLAN management network FCI Central FCI On prem Secure Hosting ACI Performing complex changes in the network including OS upgrades migration activities and taking care of end of life devices Keeping a wide range of well defined operational processes including request fulfillment change mgmt incident mgmt problem mgmt and document mgmt the related ticket administration in all processes Participation and coordination of customer audits Creating monthly and quarterly security checks and reports for the audits Participation in complex projects including activities like relocation deployment lifecycle management and consolidation Console server management IP management Knowledge sharing within the team is a must
