- Monitoring, escalation, and de-escalation processes
- Ticket handling and assignment according to process flow
- Providing 1st level operational support
- Experience with Citrix Cloud, Azure, PowerShell
- Proficiency in XenApp (6.5, 7.x), RDS, Windows Server/Client
- Knowledge of Citrix streaming, UPM, WEM, PVS
- Experience with Group Policy, AD, and Networking
- Ability to troubleshoot Citrix issues
- Administration skills on XenApp and XenDesktop
- Customer orientation
- Strong coordination and organization skills
