Job Description

Teyon is seeking an Office Administration Specialist to support its group companies in Kraków. The role involves optimizing office operations and administrative tasks, including mail handling, document flow, event organization, office supply management, and liaising with building administration. The position can be full-time or part-time, offering a chance to work in a stable company with a modern office and creative team.

Must Have:
  • Registering and handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Taking care of the correct flow of documents in and between companies
  • Organizing company meetings and events
  • Responsibility for tasks related to supplying the company with office supplies, groceries, necessary equipment
  • Supervision over the cleaning staff, contact with the building administration in terms of reporting defects
  • Taking care of the positive image of the companies (office order, decorations)
  • Organizing business trips
  • Optimizing office costs, negotiating contracts with vendors
  • Providing support for the accounting department in tasks such as scanning invoices and contracts, archiving purchase invoices, keeping records of office equipment, filing complaints, registering devices, etc.
  • Cooperating and supporting all departments of the company in ongoing administrative tasks
  • Experience in administrative and office work
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Knowledge of the English language enabling easy communication in an international work environment (minimum B2 level)
  • Very good organization of own work
  • High personal culture, commitment
  • Self-reliance and problem-solving attitude
  • Computer skills, including good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners

Teyon is an experienced development studio with numerous titles to its credit. We have over 150 employees, and apart from Kraków, we are also located in Łódź, Warsaw, and even Tokyo.

To our office located in the O3 Business Campus building at 110 Opolska Street in Kraków, we are looking for a person who will support Teyon Group companies in ongoing tasks related to the optimization of office operation and administrative activities.

Full-time or part-time position possible (depending on availability - it will be discussed individually during the process).

Duties
