This full-time, office-based Admin Assistant role provides vital administrative support to two solicitors, involving client liaison, document preparation, drafting, reception management, and accounts. Must Have

  • Liaising with clients, courts and external parties
  • Preparing and collating documents for court proceedings
  • Drafting standard documents and maintaining matter files
  • Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact
  • Managing accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and online banking
  • A friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality

Good to Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate
  • LEAP experience
  • PEXA experience

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to provide vital administrative support to two solicitors across a broad range of practice areas.

Reporting directly to the two Partners, your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients, courts and external parties
  • Preparing and collating documents for court proceedings
  • Drafting standard documents and maintaining matter files
  • Managing reception and acting as the first point of contact
  • Managing accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and online banking

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • A Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate (desirable)
  • A friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (LEAP and PEXA experience desirable)
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a legal secretary, assistant, or paralegal
