Job Description
- Additional training in security, risk prevention, or crisis management.
- Ensure strict compliance with protocols in cases of theft, performing exhaustive tracking via geolocation platform.
- Coordinate with authorities and internal teams to ensure vehicle recovery and prepare necessary documentation.
- Ensure defined security criteria are met and keep the database updated to prevent future risks.
- Evaluate and analyze requests from the branch operations department to block suspicious situations in the system.
- Follow up on judicial citations linked to security incidents, ensuring legal compliance and provision of required documents.
- Generate and supervise authorizations related to roadside assistance services (RACE).
- Accurately control billing associated with security processes, supervise expense/income imputation.
- Coordinate the sale of damaged vehicles, updating the database and managing relationships with fleet providers.
- University degree in criminology, ADE, risk management, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, or asset recovery.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, great attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Decisive, proactive, and capable of making sound decisions in complex situations.

To continue growing and ensuring maximum security in our operations, we are looking for a Senior Professional Security (m/f/d) to lead the definition and application of our security policies, manage processes related to stolen vehicles, and coordinate the sale of damaged vehicles.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Stolen Vehicle Management: Ensure strict compliance with protocols in cases of theft, performing exhaustive tracking through the geolocation platform. Coordinate with authorities and internal teams to ensure vehicle recovery and prepare all necessary documentation for each case.
- Blocking List Management: Ensure defined security criteria are met and keep the database updated to prevent future risks. Evaluate and analyze requests from the branch operations department to block suspicious situations in the system.
- Judicial Citation Management: Follow up on judicial citations linked to security incidents, ensuring the company complies with all legal obligations and that required documents are provided in each process.
- Authorization Creation for RACE: Generate and supervise authorizations related to roadside assistance services, ensuring correct processing and resolution of mobility incidents.
- Billing Management: Accurately control billing associated with security processes, supervise correct imputation of expenses and income, and ensure consistency of accounting documentation.
- Risk Management: Coordinate the sale of damaged vehicles, keeping the corresponding database updated, managing relationships with fleet providers, supervising payments, and ensuring correct billing in each operation.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education: University degree in areas related to criminology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), risk management, or similar.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in corporate security, risk management, or asset recovery.
- Skills: You are a profile with organizational and planning capabilities. You have great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- English: You have fluent English and can communicate without problems in this language.
- Personal characteristics: A decisive person, with initiative and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations. An approachable and collaborative profile, facilitating teamwork and communication between different departments and with external stakeholders.
- Certifications: Additional training in security, risk prevention, or crisis management will be valued.
