- Embedded system, firmware, and Linux kernel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years experience in technical project management
- 1+ year experience in technical troubleshooting and coding
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Excellent communication skills
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
- 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with any of the following programming languages: C / C++ / Python.
- Experience with any of the following domains: embedded system, firmware and Linux kernel.
- Excellent troubleshooting, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. Responsibilities
- Help to build and maintain technical engagement with stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
- Evaluate the functionality of a developer product feature and provide feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
- Analyze product requirements and deviations then drive support plan to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with guidance.
- Create repeatable solutions (e.g., recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with guidance.
- Collaborate to write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers, users, partners, clients and stakeholders.
