GoDaddy is reimagining how small businesses sell — in-person, online, and everywhere in between. As we scale our e-commerce and POS ecosystem, we’re hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead strategic direction for our B2B2C product and go-to-market, driving growth through banking partners.
You will be the product lead for a channel that turns banks into modern commerce platforms for their SMB customers. In this role, you’ll define the platform vision and roadmap that enable Tier 1 financial institutions and ecosystem players to launch, sell, and scale GoDaddy’s POS and eCommerce solutions — directly competing with Square, Shopify, and Clover. Success means balancing partner customization with platform scalability, owning the partner lifecycle end-to-end, and unlocking new monetization pathways through embedded finance, joint data products, bundles, and co-branded experiences. You’ll shape the product architecture, feature set, and commercialization model that scale our partnerships to 20+ globally, giving banks the tools to defend and grow their SMB acquiring businesses against FinTech disruption.
We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave. GoDaddy’s benefits vary based on individual role and location and can be reviewed in more detail during the interview process.
We also embrace our diverse culture and offer a range of Employee Resource Groups (Culture). Have a side hustle? No problem. We love entrepreneurs! Most importantly, come as you are and make your own way.
