Within the NIL department (Navigation – Identification and Data Links) responsible for the design and development of Radio altimeters, TACAN, LoS and tactical data links (MIDS), friend-or-foe identification (IFF), and anti-collision systems, you will join dynamic teams working on the entire product lifecycle from upstream phases to development, qualification, and industrialisation.

Products are embedded on military aircraft, marine and land platforms, missiles, for clients in France and for export.

As the Solution Engineering Manager for our offers, you will join the integrated Offers team where you will:

• Participate in and inform the offer validation manager of the progress of work.
• Coordinate the offer internally and externally for all engineering services.
• Consolidate costs (pricing file and key elements) and build the solution's implementation schedule, taking into account industrial and service constraints, and involving the definition of the development strategy, the engineering environment, monitoring the progress of development contributions in the offer, the Make or Buy strategy, risk and opportunity management, and dependency analysis.
• Ensure the architecture review is held, before BBR, for C2 pricing.
• Organize, before CCR, the Solution Orientation Review for C2 pricing.
• Present the Offer File in the Competence Center Offer Review and/or have the Offer File validated by the Validation Manager.
• Co-write the DVA and the technical proposal.

Your profile

• Engineer/Bac+5 degree, you have at least 7 years of experience in technical project management on embedded equipment or systems, in managing work packages and/or technical teams, and in drafting offers?
• Do you have knowledge of radio frequencies, analog/digital electronics, and/or signal and information processing?
• Are you characterized by your adaptability, ability to learn new domains quickly, ability to work in a multi-project context, your natural leadership, and your results-oriented mindset?
