Your daily life

The Campus is the heart of design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radio communications, resilient infrastructure networks and systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is quickly accessible by public transport.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will join the Offers and Projects Directorate of the Strategic Networks and Infrastructures (RIS) sector as a project manager within one of our major programs.

Ideal for developing and thriving within one of our major high-stakes programs, you will join a dynamic and motivated team.

This position will allow you to fully express yourself and develop in a multifaceted environment that covers the entire system lifecycle from design to support, including realization and deployment.

In this context, you will lead the Realization division, mainly covering Engineering and Development activities for different System versions.

You will also provide support to the Program Director in monitoring and meeting the contractual milestones associated with your activities.

Here are your missions:

• You are responsible for meeting contractual commitments (performance, deadlines, requirements coverage) as well as the planned financial result (cost control, revenue, and margin) within your scope and provide support for overall consolidation.
• You interface with our client for your part, create and maintain a relationship favorable to success, and ensure their satisfaction.
• You manage relationships with partners, internal collaborators, and subcontractors.
• You are responsible for managing contract clauses, potential renegotiation, and participate in seeking new business opportunities with our client.
• You ensure the project's structuring: allocated credits, organization, and planning within your scope, and provide your expertise on other activities.
• You lead a multidisciplinary project management team and ensure its motivation, particularly through your proximity to the teams and the quality of your communication (multi-site teams).
• You control and manage the risks and opportunities within your scope.
• Furthermore, in close collaboration with the program management:
• You ensure that the projects and related offers have the means to be executed.
• You ensure that processes are adjusted and respected.
• You participate in ensuring the quality of information sharing means.
• You manage the workload and resources within your scope and participate in the Program's consolidation.
• You ensure the link with purchasing, legal, quality assurance, PMO, security functions inherent to your scope.

Your profile:

You have at least 15 years of experience.

You have a Bac+5 degree (Engineering School or equivalent).

You have experience in these areas:

• Major Program Management in the defense sector
• Management of large-scale Realization Lots
• Multidisciplinary team management
• Transverse management
• Bid Management

You have the following Technical skills:

• Budget, planning, R/O management
• DEV management
• Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Visio
• Offer and contract

You are recognized for your sense of service, your ability to work in a team, your autonomy, and your rigor.

You have good interpersonal skills and know how to show diplomacy.

You have good control, analysis, and alert capabilities.
