Job Description

This role involves coordinating project teams to monitor key indicators, leading transformation by defining processes, ensuring their application, and automating KPIs. The manager guarantees the reliability of performance indicators, aligns program planning, advises the GPM, and ensures consistency of offer assumptions. The ideal candidate has a Bac +5 degree, experience in complex project management, transformation, process deployment, data, and management tools, along with strong leadership and English proficiency.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate project team work on key indicators with PMO support.
  • Define processes and operating modes to achieve program objectives.
  • Ensure application of operating modes and quality of dashboards produced by PMs, EDMs IDL with PMO support.
  • Implement automation of KPIs and dashboard production with BL and CC operations support.
  • Guarantee reliability and consistency of project and program KPIs (commitments, deadlines, costs).
  • Manage planning expert to ensure program planning aligns with progress and strategies.
  • Advise, accompany, and support the GPM in their mission.
  • Ensure offer assumptions within the program scope are consistent with notified project plans.
  • Act as project/program liaison with transversal and support functions (IS, spaces, tools, homologation).
  • Bac +5 degree (university or engineering).
  • Experience in complex project or batch management.
  • Experience in transformation management, process deployment, data, and management tools.
  • Mastery of English.

  • Coordinate the work of project teams in monitoring key indicators, relying on the PMO team
  • Lead the transformation:
  • Define the processes and operating modes that will enable the program's objectives to be achieved
  • Be the guarantor of the application of operating modes and the quality of dashboards produced by PMs, EDMs IDL with the support of the PMO
  • Implement the automation of KPIs and the production of dashboards with the support of BL and CC operations.
  • Guarantee the reliability and consistency of steering KPIs, compliance with commitments, deadlines, and consolidated costs at the project and program level.
  • Manage the planning expert to ensure that the program planning is aligned with progress and that activity planning is aligned with program and project strategies.
  • Advise, accompany, and support the GPM in their mission
  • Ensure that the assumptions of offers within the program's scope are consistent with the plans and planning of notified projects
  • Be the project/program liaison with the transversal and support functions of the BL-GBU (issues related to IS, spaces, tools, homologation, etc.)

Your profile

You have a Bac +5 degree (university or engineering) and you have:

  • experience in complex project or batch management
  • experience in transformation management, process deployment, and data and management tools management
  • a great ability to collaborate with all transversal functions

You have leadership in transversal management and the ability to unite teams around shared project management performance objectives (costs, deadlines, quality).

Mastery of English is essential.
