Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to define talent requirements and sourcing strategies. They will focus on building diverse talent pools and driving hiring quality. Responsibilities include conducting searches for business-critical roles, assessing candidates, and communicating company culture and benefits. This role is key to Nasdaq's growth, significantly impacting brand building and improving hiring processes. The team works in an agile environment. The role is based in Wroclaw and offers a hybrid work environment.

About the role

Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Sourcers, and People Partners work closely as one client-facing delivery team, forming the People Planning and Partnership (P3) organization. P3 builds strategic partnerships with the business and owns the process from proactive sourcing and talent pipelining, hiring strategy, and execution, to ongoing consultation to build hard-working and engaged teams.

The TA team in EMEA consists of team members in Spain, Lithuania, Denmark, and Sweden with various backgrounds in human resources, law, and engineering. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, your main responsibilities will be collaborating with our TA Partners on defining talent requirements and sourcing strategies to secure successful, efficient, and qualitative hiring. This position is key to continuing Nasdaq’s growth where you will significantly impact building our brand and improving our hiring processes as we scale and build Nasdaq.

What will you be doing?

We work agile, meaning your responsibilities may change over time but you can expect responsibilities like:

  • Develop and apply market intelligence to build talent pipelines, create sourcing strategies, and engage with talent in different virtual and physical forums,
  • Focus on diverse talent pool building to drive hiring quality through a stronger candidate segmentation
  • Conduct a focused and complex search to source talent for business-critical and specialized roles
  • Assess candidates early to qualify the best talent for our ongoing searches, and communicate our culture, benefits, and hiring process to engage and secure candidates' interests.
  • Collaborate with the TA Partners to understand our client's strategic needs, priorities, and talent requirements.

Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent English and Polish skills (written and spoken)
  • A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent experience
  • Some relevant work experience in the Talent Acquisition/HR space and/or Sales
  • Experience working with the talent market in Poland
  • Experience in using digital sourcing skills such as LinkedIn, Boolean, and other internet sourcing techniques
  • Curiosity about identifying and using sourcing- and brand attraction tools and methodologies combined with phenomenal candidate experience and employer branding
  • Strong team-player mentality who thrives collaborating across teams, functions, and locations
  • Ability to collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal collaborators
  • A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced environment

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position located in Wroclaw. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
