Job Description

OLG is seeking a Talent Sourcing Advisor for a 15-month contract. This role focuses on creatively sourcing and recruiting top talent for hard-to-fill, niche, technical, and non-technical positions, while promoting OLG's culture and brand. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the advisor will be instrumental in shaping talent attraction strategies across the organization.

  • Experience using sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and Vidcruiter.
Must Have:
  • Source and recruit for specialized and hard-to-fill roles, including executive and technical positions, using creative strategies and market insights.
  • Support student recruitment by building relationships with colleges and universities, attending networking events, and promoting OLG as an employer of choice.
  • Focus on diversity recruitment, ensuring sourcing strategies are inclusive and aligned with OLG values.
  • Act as a market expert, sharing insights on talent availability, salary trends, and recruitment best practices.
  • Champion candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring thoughtful, timely, and professional interactions.
  • Strengthen OLG's employer brand through online channels, campus engagement, and community outreach.
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and support initiatives that elevate talent attraction.
  • Coach and support colleagues while collaborating across Talent Acquisition and HR.
  • Leverage tools and data to track pipeline activity, assess trends, and share insights for better decision-making.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales, or a customer-focused role, ideally in a fast-paced or complex environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and people & culture partners.
  • A curious mindset and a solid understanding of the talent market, with a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Skilled in social media sourcing and comfortable using data to inform decisions.
  • Confident negotiator and influencer who collaborates well across teams.
  • A team player who brings energy, integrity, and a sense of fun to the work, representing OLG with professionalism.

Talent Sourcing Advisor – 15-month contract

We’re looking for a Talent Sourcing Advisor who’s passionate about finding great people and building strong connections. This role is all about thinking creatively to source and recruit top talent—especially for hard-to-fill, niche, technical & non-technical roles—while championing OLG’s culture and brand in the market.
