• As a team leader, you motivate your team to achieve common goals.
• You are responsible for budget planning, including its implementation and compliance.
• Technical support for your team.
• Conducting job interviews and onboarding new colleagues.
• You address the needs and expectations of your team in a solution-oriented manner.
• In the context of your daily tasks, you communicate with both clients and insurers at all specialist and management levels.
• Together with your team, you are in the lead for renewals as well as portfolio and risk analysis.
• As part of renewals and new business inquiries, you accompany tenders, obtain and negotiate comparative offers, and compile the results.
• Placement of insurance programs after successful tendering for selected clients.
• Ensuring year-round consultation for our clients on risk and contract issues.

• A completed training as a merchant/woman for insurance and finance or a comparable training.
• Relevant professional experience in industrial insurance.
• Existing leadership experience.
