Responsible to the General Supervisor of Final Assembly Manufacturing or MFG Manager for the administration of the production line or assigned area to fulfill production plans and meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives in a stable work environment. This includes planning and executing manufacturing crews, ensuring daily labor efficiency, tracking hourly control, and fulfilling objectives for labor efficiency, quality, and delivery. The role also involves knowledge of quality analysis tools, ensuring data collection, defining alarm limits, reacting to data, meeting FTQ metrics, implementing corrective actions, identifying scrap causes, and managing scrap segregation and action plans.
