Job Summary
Job Description
Support end-to-end Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation projects, including discovery, requirements gathering, go-live, and post-implementation support. Translate business goals into scalable CDP use cases, coordinating with marketing, CRM, data governance, and IT teams. Design and implement integration flows between CDP and various systems like Web, mobile, ad tech, and analytics. Guide clients on best practices for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation. Configure CDP features such as audience segmentation, real-time personalization, customer journeys, and reporting. Collaborate with client stakeholders, developers, and vendors for smooth implementation and troubleshooting. Provide training and maintain detailed implementation documentation.

- Support end-to-end CDP implementation projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Translate business goals into scalable CDP use cases, ensuring alignment with marketing, CRM, data governance, and IT teams.
- Design and implement integration flows between CDP and various systems (Web, mobile, ad tech, analytics, etc.).

- Work closely with client stakeholders, developers, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshooting.
- Provide training to clients and internal teams and maintain detailed implementation documentation.
