Job Description

The role involves owning regional performance targets for P2P, MCIP, Logistics, Cash Flow, leading buyer negotiations for material performance, creating and maintaining supplier agreements, ensuring implementation of negotiated conditions, collecting project information, developing suppliers, monitoring supplier quality and execution, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.

Must Have:
  • Own regional performance targets for P2P, MCIP, Logistics, Cash Flow, participate in the development of target, drive execution of the team to meet the targets and mitigate all risks to plan.
  • Lead and/or support the Buyers with negotiating Material Performance to meet annual targets, including material to revenue ratio and business case financials while ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Create, issue and maintain in Icertis all agreements, nominations with the supplier base according ASCM policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the negotiated conditions are implemented in the sites while considering all aspects of quality, Service (PC&L), Technology, Price and Timing of needed products.
  • Collect total information: volumes, prices, spec. other conditions for new projects as well as for all other running projects.
  • Develops suppliers for new programs in collaboration with Global Category.
  • Monitors the quality, risks and overall execution of regional suppliers and propose actions to improve suppliers quality.
  • Conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with Suppliers to monitor and improve performance on Quality, Service, Technology, Price, Delivery and other aspects.
  • Assure compliance with local procedures, company processes, industry regulations and work instructions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or similar technical roles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools and platforms, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Jira and Agile methodologies, Polarian for requirements management, Structured Problem Solving tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience working with internal stakeholders and external customers, including cross-functional teams and international partners.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

In your daily job you will:

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or similar technical roles.
  • Preferred: experience in automotive perception systems

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools and platforms, including:
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Jira and Agile methodologies
  • Polarian for requirements management
  • Structured Problem Solving tools

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
