Technical Manager (.NET Lead)

The Role: As a Manager, you will use your vast experience in full stack software development to implement high complexity solutions, improve existing features and code maintainability, and deliver digital products needed to storage and delivery sustainability data. You will be working together with a team of talented and results oriented individuals and take part in the constant development and improvement of our digital products. The results of your work will help investors to define their investing strategy using Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data and will push companies to improve how they treat the environment, their social spheres (workforce, stakeholders, consumers, nearby communities), and their governance. As more and more companies move in that direction, everyone will benefit, from their employees to their customers to the world at large. On our team, you can be responsible for that far-reaching change.

What You’ll Do

• Delivering alongside with your team complex and high-quality software solutions integrated with the existing products;

• Collaborate with QA team and product management team to achieve and extend the overall vision of the product;

• Perform peer review and peer programming;

• Implement solutions based on requirements in an estimated timeframe, unit and integration tests;

• Solve reported issues.

Who You Are

• 6+ years’ experience with .NET (any of .NET Framework or .NET Core) database domain models, n-layered design, OOP Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases cloud hosted solutions;

• Experience with code and data optimization Experience with Angular 6 and TypeScript;

• Working experience debugging unfamiliar code and deep understanding of software solutions performance, scalability, and maintainability;

• Understanding of concepts like design patterns and threading. Working experience with GIT; 

• 2+ years experience with managing small teams and/or sustaining team members to solve their tasks and improve knowledge, maintaining the relations with other teams (dev/architecture/BA/QA);

• Working experience with GIT;

• Knowledge of basic Linux commands is considered a plus Experience with Pentaho is considered a plus Experience with PostgreSQL/Athena is considered a plus Experience with prime-ng is considered a plus.
