Job Description
As a Technical Operations Specialist at Moon Active, you'll work closely with Product and Monetization teams to ensure the smooth running of in-game events, promotions, marketing events, and live A/B tests. Responsibilities include managing monetization and product activities through the game's backend system (setting up promotions, controlling features, creating pricing configurations, and segmentation). You'll be responsible for setting up campaigns in the game's back office, managing assets and pricing configurations, and enabling/disabling game features and events. Collaboration with monetization, economy, product, and QA teams is crucial to ensure smooth campaign execution and live version functionality. Daily monitoring of tests is also required.
Must Have:
- 1+ year tech experience
- Technical background
- Industrial Engineering degree or similar
- High workload management skills
- English proficiency (written & spoken)
- Strong computer skills
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills

As we expand, we're looking for a motivated and talented Technical Operation Specialist to join our rapidly growing Company.
As a Technical Operation Specialist you will work closely with our Product and Monetization teams to ensure the smooth running of all the events, promotions, marketing events and live A/B tests.
You will be in charge of all related technical aspects to enable Events & Promotions both inside and outside the game.
Responsibilities
- Managing the operation of monetization & product activities inside the game through the game’s Back End system: setting up promotions, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, event and live tests
- Responsible for setting up campaigns in the game’s Back Office system including managing assets and pricing configurations
- Responsible for enabling/disabling game features and events through the game’s Back Office system
- Work with monetization, economy and product teams
- Work with QA team to make sure the campaigns configurations are working in the live version
- Daily monitor on tests
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the tech or engineering field.
- Technical background
- First degree in Industrial engineering or similar
- Hight management skills to enable prioritization of workload
- English proficiency both spoken and written
- Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Proactive and creative with the drive to improve and continuously learn
- Availability to work off-hours if needed
