Technical Recruiter - Contract

WorldWinner is looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to work on a contract basis to help fill open engineering team roles. You should have an excellent eye for detail and a background in helping vet people with the right technical skills. This role involves vetting potential candidates, interviewing them, and ensuring they are a good fit for the job. The Technical Recruiter also helps with additional hiring steps, like scheduling, making an offer, and negotiating.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring Manager to understand their recruiting needs
• Carry out recruitment strategy in a timely and cost-effective way
• Checking and deciding if candidates are qualified and a good fit for the job
• Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities
• Following company policies and legal regulations related to hiring

 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a recruiting role in the gaming or technology sector
• Must have hands-on experience recruiting technical roles
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and interviewing teams
• Experience finding and hiring top talent for technical teams
• Strong communication skills to talk to hiring managers and other key people
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple hiring projects at once
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, including compliance with company policies and laws
• Skilled with recruiting tools and technologies, such as job boards and social media.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
