Technical Solutions Engineer, Google Cloud Security
Job Summary
Job Description
As a Technical Solutions Engineer for Google Cloud Security in Dubai, you'll work with leading companies to implement and optimize Google Cloud products. You'll be responsible for problem-solving key technical issues, collaborating with sales teams, and liaising with product and engineering teams. Responsibilities include writing and testing code, participating in design reviews, debugging and resolving system issues, designing and developing software solutions, and working with clients to co-develop solutions. You'll need strong software development skills (10+ years experience), cloud experience, and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, internal teams and staying abreast of industry trends to enhance Google Cloud products.
Must have:

- Master's degree in CS

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with software development in one or more programming language.
- Experience in working with Cloud environments.
- Experience of data structures/algorithms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in developing security operations products.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Experience in maintaining development environments (e.g., Developer operations) and testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- Experience with software design and architecture.

- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide among available technologies.
- Review code, providing feedback to ensure best practices.
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. Work with the client and client team to co-develop solutions.
