We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Support to join our team in Lviv!

What You'll get to do:

• Configure and manage casino settings, rules, and regulations to ensure a smooth and compliant gaming experience.
• Configure and test new games to ensure they integrate seamlessly with the casino platform and adhere to all relevant regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements and industry standards.
• Provide support for the game release process, including testing, validation, and documentation.
• Handle and resolve support requests from players and account managers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Forward technical issues to the appropriate team members for resolution and track their progress.
• Validate game wins, rounds, and bug reports as requested by account managers.
• Identify, validate, and reproduce bugs on the production environment, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of future occurrences.

What You need to know:

• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate+ level of English proficiency.
• Proficiency in JSON, XML, CSV, and XLS formats.
• Understanding of HTTP protocols, browser consoles, and HTTP error codes.
• Knowledge of MySQL queries.

Nice to have:

• Basic experience as QA 
• Experience within the online gambling industry.
• Experience working with admin panels and back offices.
