Job Description

The Junior Business Analyst will work on multiple projects, collaborating with development and product teams to prepare high-quality product specifications (user stories). This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment, focusing on gathering and analyzing data, defining requirements for player bonus schemes, and creating detailed project documentation.
Must Have:
  • Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques, system requirement methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, model business processes, and interpret information to provide insights.
  • Ability to identify business challenges and contribute to developing practical solutions.
  • Attention to Detail for accurately documenting requirements and ensuring project deliverables meet specifications.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Business Analyst to join our team!

About the job:

The ideal candidate will work on multiple projects under a supervision, collaborating closely with the development and product teams, with a focus on preparing high-quality product specifications (user stories). This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will immerse themselves in the company business while constantly providing guidance for the stakeholders and engineering team; will work in fast-paced, tight deadlines, highly rewarding Agile environment.

What You'll get to do:

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.
  • Gather and analyze company data to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze and define requirements for player bonus schemes, ensuring they align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and to develop effective business solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and other departments to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Document existing business processes and help identify areas for optimization and the integration of new technologies.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of business processes and system improvements.
  • Assist in the monitoring and reporting of project progress, and in addressing any issues that may arise.
