About the job:
The Commercial Product Lead bridges the gap between the Product and Commercial organizations by acting as a strategic enabler of high-value opportunities. This role ensures a seamless and structured flow of knowledge from BUs to the Sales team for pitches, demos, and RfPs, while also channeling structured feedback from client-facing teams back into Product for roadmap alignment. A core aspect of the role also includes delivering targeted, value-driven trainings to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to SME for product demos, technical deep-dives, and proposal & content library support for WLA & Tier 1 opportunities
- Collaborate with Platform Sales, Account Management, and RfP teams to support solution design and execution
- Provide structured and standardized inputs for technical/product sections of proposals Structured Knowledge Transfer & Training
- Design and deliver structured training sessions and onboarding workshops to internal sales teams, ensuring a scalable understanding of EM’s product suite
- Support product education initiatives for clients, where relevant, during onboarding or strategic sales engagements
- Maintain and update demo kits, playbooks, knowledge hubs, and product documentation in collaboration with Product, RFP and Sales Excellence teams
- Lead enablement sessions on new features, strategic differentiators, and roadmap updates Product Feedback & Roadmap Input
- Capture market feedback and commercial insights from Sales Directors and Account Managers
- Actively participate in roadmap planning cycles, influencing product priorities based on client needs and sales obstacles
- Track and communicate post-mortem insights to Product for continuous product improvement Governance & Process Integration
- Ensure CRM tagging and tracking of supported opportunities
- Participate in feedback loops, monthly Tribe syncs, and deal retrospectives to evaluate sales impact and product gaps
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of high value reusable RfP content and structured product messaging Deliverables & Ownership
- Tailored product content and inputs for RfPs, sales collateral, and pitches
- Quarterly product brief packs, demo kits, and training decks
- Confluence/SharePoint-based documentation and knowledge hub content
- Regular training session plans and performance reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in the gaming industry (B2C or B2B).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, technology, or a related field is acceptable.
- Direct experience with Player Account Management (PAM), Payments, or CRM products is required.
- Experience participating in RFP processes is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must bring a balance of product expertise and commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to understand complex gaming products and translate that understanding into commercial strategy.
- Track record of working in roles that blend product knowledge with sales, go-to-market, or business development responsibilities.
