The Coordinator Data Process Support gathers data for various reports, compiles programs, organizes data input/output, and investigates irregularities. This role requires a high school graduate with 6 months to 1 year of data entry/verifier experience and 0-6 months of customer service. Essential skills include proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, accurate data entry, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team.
Must Have:- Gather data for various reports required by accounting and management or for engineering/scientific applications.
- Compile programs for programmers as required.
- Organize the input and output of data from the computer.
- Investigate and locate source of non-standard irregularities; analyze and recover program operations in complex error situations.
- Assist in the maintenance and inventory control of computer equipment.
- Comply with computer operation standards and procedures.
- Provide point-of-contact for computer users and informal training to new account users.
- Minimum educational requirement highschool or senior highschool graduate.
- Equivalent of 6 months to 1 year experience in the operation of key data entry/verifier machines.
- With 0 to 6 months experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize technical information and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn, retain, and apply information quickly in a changing production environment.
- Demonstrated time management, organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to read and write at a level appropriate to the duties of the position, and perform arithmetic computations where required.
- Ability to match numbers and names quickly and accurately, keep simple records and make simple reports.
