Job Description

The Customer Support Associate will gain familiarity with Global Field Operations concepts, procedures, and methodologies. This role involves performing routine duties such as receiving and responding to client and Field Engineering requests, creating and tracking service tickets, booking client appointments, coordinating parts, maintaining the call center, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and communicating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and generally less than 1 year of experience.
Must Have:
  • Gains familiarity with Global Field Operations concepts, procedures and methodologies.
  • Receiving and responding to client and Field Engineering members requests.
  • Creating, validating, and tracking service tickets within Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management system / tools.
  • Booking client appointments.
  • Access service arrangement.
  • Coordinating of essential parts.
  • Maintaining call center.
  • Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure a fluid and cohesive process.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Generally, less than 1 years’ experience in area of responsibility.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
