Job Description

This role provides strategic leadership and direction for the organization’s engineering operational programs. It involves aligning engineering initiatives with business objectives, overseeing planning and execution, managing program budgets, and mentoring engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and communicate strategic initiatives to executive leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex engineering programs.
