Take care of a defined portfolio of customers, acting as their main point of contact for all questions and requests, and ensuring consistent support and follow-up.
Share customer insights and opportunities with sales colleagues, contributing to tailored account plans and growth initiatives.
Guide and advise customers in using the TVH eCommerce platform effectively and independently.
