We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Casino Account Management team in Malta or London!
About the job:
It’s a great opportunity to work across a variety of Casino igaming products within one of the fastest growing companies inside the industry.
What you'll get to do:
- Achieve financial targets set for the clients based on ongoing growth & monitoring of client portals, as well as identifying new strategic opportunities to increase revenues;
- To proactively upsell new Casino products and functionality and ensure clients have an understanding of the product development road map;
- Develop in-depth expertise in each Casino product and its features to independently demo the full gamification product suite (EngageSuite). As well as having detailed knowledge of EveryMatrix Casino product performance, market share and client relationships;
- Upsell third party games and work to get premium onsite positioning, new games and vendors released on clients’ sites;
- Generate promotional campaigns, making sure results are monitored, reported and high-value clients participate in such activities;
- To offer business support and suggest Casino growth strategies to the assigned clients;
- To work with clients in optimizing ROI across Casino gaming products;
- To collect, verify and rank clients’ non-technical and technical requirements for new product features and functions;
- To work with clients to ensure the continual improvement of all aspects of the service for all parties;
- To assure the confidence of clients and build long term relationships;
- To act as an internal advocate for the client;
- To generate ideas on the development of the platform and products, while also providing feedback for assisting in the continuous development of the service;
- To conduct training sessions on the Casino products and platforms;
- To review and analyze data in order to identify key usage trends;
- To efficiently cooperate with almost all of the internal teams: from Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, development department to existing Support teams;
- To keep track, follow up and proactively update the clients on the status of open issues and requests;
- To make sure clients are informed about the important technical and non-technical changes in the company, affecting their business.
What you need to shine:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Casino iGaming industry, within a relationship management or commercial role;
- Genuine interest in online gaming and a good understanding of the industry;
- A tenacious personality with an inner drive to achieve outstanding results;
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Previous experience in B2B in a Gaming development company is required, preferably iGaming platforms offering Casino products;
- Strategic and business-driven;
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines;
- Experience in data-based performance analysis, reporting and statistics;
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications, good learning skills for internal applications.
