Sully.ai is transforming healthcare with advanced AI, aiming for 'One Human, One Doctor' by empowering professionals and improving patient outcomes. This Senior Account Executive role focuses on driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), conducting extensive product demos (50 hours/week), representing the company at events, and collaborating with product/engineering. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, a proven top-performer track record, and strong presentation and persuasion skills, committed to working smart, long, and hard.
Must Have:
  • Achieve ARR targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations to doctors and healthcare organizations
  • Execute 50 hours of demos per week
  • Represent Sully.ai at industry events and conferences
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with market needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Innovate constantly on making sales better, faster
  • 5+ years of sales experience

Role:

  • ARRs is your most important task.
  • Do demos (showing doctors and healthcare organizations our product)
  • Ability to execute 50 hours of demos per week
  • Represent Sully.ai at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Innovate constantly on making our sales better, faster.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of being a sales top performer
  • High presentation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work smart, long and hard not two of the three.
