Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager (1-Year Fixed Term Contract) to lead strategic initiatives that elevate sales performance. In this role, you’ll design impactful training programs, optimize sales processes, and drive cross-functional alignment to accelerate revenue growth. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to deliver enablement tools that empower our salesforce to sell smarter, faster, and with greater confidence.
Must Have:
  • Partner across teams to deliver impactful training and enablement tools that boost sales performance.
  • Build and execute a strategic Sales Enablement plan aligned with business priorities and all Lines of Business.
  • Manage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Collaborate with GTM leads to roll out relevant, high-impact enablement programs.
  • Define clear KPIs and outcomes for all initiatives to measure success.
  • Drive knowledge-building programs like certifications, role plays, and practical exercises via HighSpot.
  • Identify skill gaps with Sales Leads and tailor enablement accordingly.
  • Continuously improve programs through performance analysis and feedback.
  • Champion innovation and best practices to enhance engagement and sales effectiveness.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Sales Enablement, with deep knowledge of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Proven success in delivering enablement programs and building strong relationships with sales teams
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably HighSpot)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with C-level and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—curious, solution-oriented, and action-focused
  • Commitment to continuous learning and growth through collaboration, feedback, and structured development
